I would like to incorporate portraits with the cups, so pretending to drink from the cup, photos of hands around the cup or possibly just peeking from behind it. I could also do some more playful shots maybe with someone splashing water from out of the cup towards the camera. I'd also like to try some shots with the cup and cropped around the face to just show someone's mouth smiling behind it.
I want to use a lot of cups put them all in a big pile falling over, possibly with one at the front with a drink spilling out of it. I would like to do this shot in a studio but with spilling drinks this would probably not be possible.
I want to photograph the cups with random objects which draw the eye in. I'd like to use a rubber duck either sitting on the base of the cup or swimming in a cup of water. I'd also like to take a photo of a cup holding a bouquet of flowers if the cups can hold the weight.
I'd like to try putting the cups in an artistic structure, but I will try to keep it simplistic as well. I would to try a combination of lots of different structures and angles so that I have lots of options of a final image.
Another simplistic idea for the studio, to just photograph the cups in height order in a line. I think this will fit well with the simple yet professional look of the company website.
I'd like to try this idea of the cups being used, so pouring water into them and I'd like to create the image I've sketched above with the tea-bag above the cup. I would do these shots on location in a kitchen or a cafeteria.
